Serebrum Awarded IT Services Backdrop Contract for
the State of New York

Serebrum Corporation, based in New Jersey, today announced that it
was awarded a backdrop contract for IT Servcies (Contract# CMT122A) for the State of New York.Serebrum is now eligible to bid on IT-related service projects for various New York governement entities, such as state, county, municipal agencies and school districts.

With the New York contract, Serebrum continues to execute on its strategy of finetuning solutions for the government segment and
market these solutions through various contract vehicles specific to
each state.

The New York State contract further accelerates Serebrum's efforts to establish itself as a leading consulting firm in application development
and project management methodologies on modern technologies / platforms such as J2EE / IBM WebSphere.
